Nicholas James Vujicic (Melbourne, December 4, 1982) is a motivational speaker, Christian preacher, and director of Life Without Limbs, an organization for people with physical disabilities. He is especially known for being the protagonist of the short film El Circo de las Mariposas.
Vujicic is also a leading speaker who has traveled around the world recounting his life experience and inspiring thousands of people with messages of motivation and improvement, from a Christian faith point of view. He credits God with the success of his achievements and the victory over his personal struggles. He has also written four books.
The Life Without Limbs organization, which Vujicic founded in 2005, is committed to motivating and inspiring people with no limbs. It does so through discourses around the world.
Talk about topics such as fear, rejection, depression, suffering and even unanswered sentences. Talks are given in non-Christian settings such as schools and other public places.
He appeared in a documentary about his life in "Body Shock". The documentary is called "Born Without Limits" and was broadcast on May 5, 2008
